Overview

REEVAN is a Saudi dairy brand built around energy, confidence, and the everyday moments that help young people keep going. For the campaign, Rababa developed a complete AI-powered advertising concept centered around one simple idea: Every challenge has its moment — and REEVAN is there with you. Rather than building the campaign around a single character or a single sport, we created three separate stories, each following a young person facing a different physical or personal challenge. The campaign was designed for a younger audience and built around movement, determination, achievement, and recovery. Each film works independently as its own piece of social content, while all three stories were also combined into one main campaign film. The result is a modular campaign system: 3 individual films. 3 different activities. 1 unified brand message.

The Story

The REEVAN campaign was designed as a collection of three short films. Each film follows a different young character in a different environment, but they all share the same narrative structure: Challenge → Effort → Achievement → REEVAN. Instead of showing milk as a product placed artificially into a scene, we introduced it after moments of physical effort. The drink becomes part of the character’s natural pause after completing the challenge. This allowed the campaign to communicate the brand through action rather than explanation. The visual language, pacing, product placement, and ending structure were kept consistent across all three films so they could live individually while still feeling like chapters from the same campaign.

Film 01 — Football

The first film follows a young football player on the pitch. The story is built around a simple sporting challenge: the player must create the opportunity, commit to the action, and finish the play. Rather than starting with the product, the film focuses first on the intensity of the football moment. The player moves through the sequence, reaches the final opportunity, and completes the action successfully. After the play, the pace changes. The final scene moves away from the center of the pitch and places the player naturally at the sideline, where he pauses after the effort. The camera moves into a tighter shot. Using a longer focal length, the composition isolates the player and the REEVAN carton from the larger football environment. He begins drinking within the opening moment of the shot and continues naturally as the camera holds. There is no unnecessary walking or additional performance. The scene is intentionally simple: the game is finished, the effort is complete, and REEVAN becomes the recovery moment.

Football

Film 02 — Skate

The second story takes the campaign outside and into the coastal environment of Jeddah. A young skater moves through a seaside promenade, giving the campaign a completely different visual energy while maintaining the same storytelling structure. The character was designed as a confident young skater with a distinct wardrobe and protective gear, creating a recognizable visual identity for the film. The skating sequence was not treated as generic movement. Instead, the action was directed around a small number of clear, believable skating moves. We deliberately limited the sequence to two recognizable tricks rather than filling the generation with continuous random movement. This allowed the performance to remain readable and reduced the risk of unstable AI-generated body mechanics. The environment also played an important role. The Jeddah waterfront created a bright, open visual contrast to the football film while keeping the story rooted in a familiar Saudi setting. After completing the skating sequence, the character comes to a stop on the promenade. The final scene is static and relaxed. She stands in the environment and drinks REEVAN without additional movement or tricks. Again, the product enters only after the physical action has finished. This reinforces the campaign structure: movement first, product second.

Skate

Film 03 — Taekwondo

The third film moves into an indoor martial arts environment. Two young athletes take part in a controlled taekwondo sparring sequence inside the gym. This story required a different type of motion direction from the other films. Football relies on flowing field movement. Skating relies on balance and continuous momentum. Taekwondo depends on precise timing, distance, defensive reactions, and believable physical contact. The action was therefore designed as a short, controlled sparring sequence rather than an exaggerated fight scene. The goal was to communicate discipline and athletic effort while keeping the movements appropriate for a youth sports campaign. Character consistency was particularly important because both athletes needed to remain stable throughout the interaction. Uniforms, body proportions, positioning, and the training environment were established before animation. After the sparring sequence, the visual energy drops. The final shot isolates the main athlete and the REEVAN carton. The character drinks after the training moment, creating the same recovery beat used across the other films. Although the activity is completely different, the storytelling remains connected to the same campaign idea.

The strongest work is built through control, not noise.

Challenge

creating three visually different films that still felt like one campaign

Each story took place in a completely different environment: a football pitch, a coastal skating promenade, and an indoor taekwondo gym. Each activity also required completely different body mechanics and motion behavior. The campaign therefore needed consistency without making the films visually repetitive. Several elements had to remain unified: product design REEVAN branding age range of the characters overall visual quality cinematic language product placement pacing campaign tone ending structure At the same time, each character needed a distinct identity. Another challenge was AI-generated sports movement. Athletic actions are especially demanding because the viewer immediately notices incorrect body mechanics. Feet, hands, balance, momentum, object interaction, and physical contact all need to behave convincingly. The product introduced an additional continuity requirement. The REEVAN carton had to remain stable in shape, scale, branding, typography, and color across three completely different environments.

Solution

one production system with three separate shooting units

First, the common visual rules were established. The REEVAN product, branding, character age range, general color direction, cinematography, and final drinking moment formed the visual DNA of the campaign. After that, each film was given its own identity. The football film used the scale and geometry of the pitch. The skate film used movement, daylight, and the Jeddah waterfront. The taekwondo film used a controlled indoor environment and tighter athletic interaction. This created variety without losing campaign consistency. Every story was then divided into two clear phases: Performance The character performs the activity and completes the challenge. Recovery The pace slows and the character drinks REEVAN. This repeated structure became one of the strongest elements connecting the three films. The product was therefore never forced into the middle of the sports action. It appeared naturally after the effort.

AI Workflow

built using a structured AI production workflow

01 — Product Development The REEVAN milk carton was established as a controlled hero asset before video production. Packaging proportions, logo placement, typography, colors, and overall carton structure were refined so the same product could be used consistently across all three films. Multiple product references were prepared to support different framing distances and camera angles. Because the product appears close to camera in the final shots, packaging accuracy was treated as a priority. 02 — Character Development Each film received its own dedicated character. The football player, skater, and taekwondo athletes were created independently with controlled facial identity, wardrobe, age, proportions, and styling. Character sheets and reference views were established before animation. This reduced identity drift during video generation and allowed each character to be reused across multiple shots. Wardrobe was also tailored specifically to the activity. For the skating film, clothing and protective equipment were coordinated into one visual palette. For football and taekwondo, sports-specific wardrobe helped establish the environment before any action began. 03 — Location Development Each location was treated as its own reusable virtual set. The football environment was designed to support both action shots and the final sideline drinking moment. The Jeddah coastal location was developed to give the skating sequence enough open space for movement while preserving recognizable waterfront character. The taekwondo gym was designed as a controlled sports environment where two characters could interact without unnecessary background distractions. Creating the environments before animation allowed us to maintain spatial consistency between shots.

CGI Workflow

product consistency

Any differences in carton geometry, branding, edges, typography, or color were corrected so REEVAN remained visually stable throughout the campaign. Character and wardrobe details were also refined where necessary, particularly in frames involving fast body movement. Sports sequences required additional attention to: hands and fingers feet and contact with the ground body balance equipment clothing deformation object interaction background continuity The final drinking shots received more detailed product finishing because the REEVAN carton occupied a larger portion of the frame. Lighting and reflections were refined to help the packaging integrate naturally into each environment. Each film was then individually color graded while preserving a common campaign look. The football film, outdoor skate film, and indoor taekwondo film naturally contained different light conditions, so the goal was not to make them identical. Instead, contrast, skin tone, highlight behavior, saturation, and product color were matched so transitions between films felt intentional. The master commercial was then built from selected shots from all three stories. Editing played a major role in connecting the campaign. Movement, musical accents, character actions, and product moments were aligned rhythmically so the commercial could transition between sports without losing momentum. The final result combines AI character development, virtual locations, controlled sports animation, product visualization, cinematic prompting, CGI correction, compositing, editing, and color finishing into a modular campaign built for both individual social content and one complete hero film. REEVAN was therefore not created as a single advertisement. It was designed as a campaign world — three different stories connected by the same energy, the same product, and the same idea.
